Veneer Surfaces / Flexible Veneer Sheets
Fleece backing of veneer surfaces is mostly serving as a tearing protection when processing veneers, as well as to avoid glue penetration when working with porous veneers.
In addition the fleece back is providing a flexibilization and therefore better deformability of the veneers.
Traditional fields of application for flexible veneer surfaces are furniture, door and panel industry, manufacturing of formed plywood, as well as high-end interior fittings.
Particularly in the field of interior finishing there is a large variety of possible applications, such as shop, hotel, yacht and airplane fittings. But also very special applications like lampshades, or business/gift/loyalty cards made of veneer are getting more and more common.
