Flexible veneer sheets are fleece-backed in industrial hot presses, at high pressure and temperature.

In order to enable a quick and simple processing our veneer backers are one-side coated with adhesive.

Bonding of fleece back to veneer is effected by heat activation of glue coating in hot press. No additional glue is required in that process.

After fleece back application veneers can optionally be sanded and tenderized, in order to increase flexibility.
